Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GoGreen Seller AI, a product of Go Green Paperless Initiative ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

GoGreen Seller AI is an AI-powered multi-channel e-commerce platform that enables sellers to list products across 13 marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Facebook Shops, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, Bonanza, Reverb, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop) simultaneously, with automated repricing, unified order management, shipping label generation, warehouse management, social media marketing, and advanced analytics. The platform is delivered as a desktop application with cloud-based backend services. Specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or entity per account; accounts cannot be shared
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including marketplace listings and orders processed through our platform

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to create fraudulent listings, misleading product descriptions, or content that violates marketplace policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces, products, or order data
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform beyond the provided API
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
  • Use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates applicable laws
  • Use the repricing engine to engage in predatory pricing or price-fixing schemes
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through circumvention or abuse

Subscription and Payment

Plans: We offer Free ($0/month), Starter ($29/month), Professional ($79/month), and Enterprise ($199/month) plans. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least one billing cycle after notification.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create using our platform, including product listings, descriptions, images, marketing materials, and social media posts. You grant us a license to store and process this content solely to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI agents based on your inputs (product titles, descriptions, tags, pricing recommendations) is owned by you. However, AI outputs may be similar to content generated for other users given similar inputs. We make no guarantee of uniqueness.

Our Platform: GoGreen Seller AI, including its code, design, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Go Green Paperless Initiative. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

Marketplace Integration

When you connect marketplace accounts to our platform, you authorize us to create and manage listings, synchronize orders and inventory, and process fulfillment actions on your behalf according to your instructions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that listings published through our platform comply with each marketplace's terms of service, listing policies, and applicable laws. We are not liable for any actions taken by marketplaces against your seller accounts (suspensions, listing removals, fee adjustments) as a result of content or actions processed through our service. You remain responsible for all marketplace fees, taxes, and obligations.

Repricing and Pricing

Our automated repricing engine adjusts your listing prices based on rules you configure. While we implement safety measures (margin floor rules, price boundaries), you are ultimately responsible for the prices set on your listings. We are not liable for any losses resulting from repricing actions, including but not limited to: items sold below cost, pricing errors, or competitive pricing adjustments that affect your profitability.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All workspace data is isolated per tenant — your data is never accessible by other users. We implement AES-256-GCM encryption for stored OAuth tokens, channel credentials, and API keys, along with industry-standard security measures throughout the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Green Paperless Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes but is not limited to: failed listings, missed order syncs, repricing errors, inaccurate AI recommendations, shipping label issues, inventory discrepancies, or temporary service unavailability.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee: specific sales outcomes, marketplace ranking improvements, repricing accuracy, AI output quality or uniqueness, order sync reliability, or uninterrupted service availability. E-commerce results depend on many factors beyond our control, including marketplace algorithms, buyer behavior, and competitive conditions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your workspace data (products, listings, orders, settings) will be permanently deleted. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform's billing settings. Active marketplace listings will not be automatically removed — you are responsible for managing listings on each marketplace after account termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
