Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google or Microsoft OAuth). We do not store your OAuth passwords.

Workspace Data: E-commerce data you manage, including product listings, order records, sales data, shipping labels, warehouse inventory, pricing rules, and AI-generated content. All workspace data is isolated per tenant and never shared across accounts.

Channel Credentials: When you connect marketplace accounts (eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and others), we store encrypted OAuth tokens to manage listings, sync orders, and publish on your behalf. You can disconnect accounts at any time.

Social Media Accounts: When you connect social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), we store encrypted OAuth tokens to publish marketing content on your behalf.

Usage Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed to improve our services.

Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our multi-channel e-commerce platform services
  • To list products on marketplace channels and sync orders on your behalf
  • To publish social media marketing content to your connected accounts
  • To generate AI-powered product listings, descriptions, pricing recommendations, and analytics
  • To send you service updates, billing information, and support communications
  • To improve our platform, fix bugs, and develop new features
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe

AI Data Processing

Our AI agents process your e-commerce data (product information, listing history, sales data, competitor pricing) to provide personalized recommendations and automated listing creation. Your data is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, xAI/Grok) for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated outputs are stored in your workspace and are not shared with other users.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), marketplace platforms (listing and order management), social media platforms (marketing), AI providers (content generation), shipping carriers (label generation), email services (notifications)
  • 3PL providers: ShipBob, ShipMonk, or other third-party logistics providers you connect for order fulfillment
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), AES-256-GCM encryption for stored OAuth tokens and channel credentials, multi-tenant workspace isolation ensuring your data is never accessible by other accounts, role-based access control (RBAC) for team workspaces, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, product data, and workspace data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Order records and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate information
  • The right to request deletion of your information and account
  • The right to disconnect marketplace channels and revoke OAuth access
  • The right to export your data in a portable format
  • The right to opt out of marketing communications

Marketplace & Social Media Data

When you connect marketplace or social media accounts, we access only the permissions you authorize. We use this access to: create and manage product listings, synchronize orders and inventory, publish social media posts, retrieve analytics, and display your profile information within the app. We do not access your direct messages, follower lists, or data beyond the authorized scopes. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in our app or revoking permissions in the platform's settings.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including marketplace platforms (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.), social media platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, 3PL providers, and AI providers. Each has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before connecting your accounts.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
